I wasn't able to immediately launch the tests from the VSCode debugger, due to the workpaceRoot variable being undefined (works fine via the npm script), leading to the sample.f90 path not resolving in the test suite. This changes the path resolution for that file, and works from both the npm script and the debugger launch.
